Eagle Valley - Kurt's Third Layout
The Interhallway Connector

Not satisfied with taking over the walls in the master bedroom and blocking the bathroom door with the bridge to reach the added module sections, Kurt got the brilliant idea to connect his layout to Christopher's down the hallway in another room. Modular sections were built because Michelle refused to have the track in permanently or even on piano hinges to lay flat against the wall. Kurt's layout is roughly in Colorado. Christopher's is in the southeastern US. So the "landmass" as the sections became called among the family were renamed the Interhallway Connector and traverse through the midwest to reach. Eventually these will be ballasted and scenary added to simulate the Kansas prarie. Michelle runs ATSF engines and rolling stock, so in a weird way, it all works.
