Current payment methods accepted include: personal check or money order in US dollars. Please allow 1 - 3 days after check is received for clearing by bank. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover can be accepted. Cash is always accepted, however, is not recommended for snail mail orders. If you prefer to stop by the "shop", please call first as we may at an event.

All items are hand carved, braided, dyed, and/or sewn. Different items require different steps and each step takes time. Due to this time, we may start on Carved and Custom orders before payment is received, in good faith.

All time estimates given below reflect normal business operations. During peak order season (August - December), please allow additional time.

Standard In Stock Items

Will generally ship in 1 - 3 days from clearance of payment. If the item is not in stock, but is normally carried, the item will generally ship 1 - 2 weeks from clearance of payment.

Carvings List

Carved items take time to create, and will generally ship 4 - 6 weeks after receipt of order and/or payment.

Exception: Cups, Mugs, or Flasks must be sealed after carving. The sealant must cure before shipment and this can be weather related.

Custom Work

It takes time to develop the pattern for custom carvings and items. Custom work generally ships 6 - 8 weeks after payment and/or order is received.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom work.
